I work on an enterprise wiki called Confluence and we've lately been seeing people develop plugins for creating creating rich media like <a href='http://www.gliffy.com/confluencePlugin/' rel="nofollow">diagrams</a> and <a href='http://www.balsamiq.com/products/mockups/confluence' rel="nofollow">UI mockups</a>. You could imagine a Seesmic-type plugin for creating video as a natural add-on to your enterprise wiki. Thank you for the thought-provoking post.
