Hey Gang…

Our latest iPhone Application is now live in the Apple iTunes App Store – it’s a project we did with the author of the New York Times Bestseller, ‘The Game’ – Neil Strauss (alias Style) who was named the World’s Greatest Pick Up Artist.

StyleLife is the first iPhone app from Neils academy for dating, pick-up and attraction – StyleLife Academy.

We’ve assembled some of the most successful openers, pebbles and attraction lines in this ’swipe-file’ style iPhone Application.

Simply open the app in a bar, club or mall and you are presented a selection of great PUA style openers that you can use in your approach… You no longer have to do what Neil once did when he was learning the game- pulling out bits of folded up notepaper in the club.

In version 1.0 of the StyleLife App, along with all the swipe file content, you can have the opener appear on your phone as a ‘Fake SMS’, so if you’re out sarging by yourself, you can approach someone and start a conversation by asking for ‘help responding to the sms’… Plus, there is a series of video tips direct from Neil Strauss himself, to help you refine your game.

We’ve also got some really cool functionality planned for future updates including; global voting on the best lines, ability to add your own openers to the database, along with the ability to update/purchase additional openers direct from Neil and the team.

For those of you playing along at home, you’d be aware of my love of iPhone apps – not only the enjoyment they bring, but the opportunity they bring for developers.

Although with any success, there are people trying to pull your finger… Sorry I mean, people trying to pull you down – and as a fellow developer I feel Joel’s pain. Best of luck in this fight buddy.

And yes it’s true… It appears that Google is now indexing the Apple Itunes App Store.

Now This Is BIG News….

See, one of the ‘keys’ that a lot iPhone Application developers have missed when trying to sell/market/distribute their applications is that have relied on the App Store itself to generate the sales…

They are coders, not marketers – and this is where you and I have the upper hand.

Making the type of money you can ($37,000USD in one day) with an iPhone App is not another Kevin Costner ‘baseball’ movie…

If You Built It… They Will Not Come.

Just like any other business project, it’s not about the product….

It’s the marketing that typically makes the difference between success and failure.

Market Research and Traffic are the first two steps for any business project for a reason.

And with Google now indexing the App Store… here comes the traffic.

What will be interesting to see, is ‘how much’ traffic people start to get, what the conversion rates will be, and ‘how to’ influence your Apps position in the SERPs.

Side Note: The name you give your app and the keywords you use in your Apps description have never been so important:
