Great article.

If you'd like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can use this application inspired by David Allen's GTD:

<a href="http://www.Gtdagenda.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.Gtdagenda.com</a>

You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

Don't forget about @john and @mary. Contexts work great for people with whom you regularly meet. When I create an action involving them, I assign their context. Then when I meet with someone, I click on their context, and all of the actions they are involved with pop up. No more forgetting or lengthy planning sessions before a meeting.

This technique also works great when tasks are moved from person to person. Just change the context.

I've written several posts that provide details about my experiences with GTD and the applications I use on my blog at http://johnkendrick.wordpress.com/how-to-gtd/ John
